My VXT went to Plans on Saturday for its second service and I just wanted to write a quick post to thank the guys for doing an excellent job. I was very pleased to hear that there weren't any problems to report back and the whole service took less than 3 hours (just enough time to pop into Guildford in the Smart courtesy car for a bit of shopping!). The car was running so smoothly when I drove it out from Plans and we had a great trip down to Brighton with the roof down. I asked the guys to change the bulbs for xenon ones and to check the headlight alignment and these changes made a real difference. The lights will never be great, but they're definitely brighter now and the headlight alignment seems to be much improved. Once again, I can whole heartedly recommend Plans to anyone near enough to use them. I actually had a free service promised by VXL because of problems I had with them in the past and decided not to use it. I'm very glad I made that decision.
