No but it's a reasonable deal if you don't want to shell out the full £1100 for wheels and tyres and have a set of na wheels to trip over afterwards.

Nail on the head ... a lot of Ebay users don't know or care about the market - they see and they want, and bid to make sure they get it.

looks to me that he/she has effectively paid out £300 for three well worn yokos, even if you accept that they have paid cost price for a second hand set of wheels ...
