I've never had an issue with the locking nuts. Apart from losing the keys, at which point Mcguard supplied new ones. :unsure:

Well it's rather good :D

Couple of interesting things. There is a slight buzzing at idle that wasn't there before, sounds a bit like a small hoover. Can only hear it inside the car. can't hear it from the outside at all. I've heard similar sounds from induction kits (Lee's s2000 used to sound the same, everytime it came up behind you, it sounded like someone had turned a the dyson on). But the high pitch of an electric motor combined with a bit of a swoosh. prob the fuel pump, its a bit annoying.

Other than that it stinks of coolant, and i think thats because it went everywhere during the bleeding, rather than anything wrong with it. Temperature is fine, seems that the bleeding worked.

oi, its going to CMS in a month today and the mot is just after, so i reckon it will be two tanks :P

Spent most of yesterday driving it, it really is wonderful.

But i could smell coolant, which was traced to the fan switch

tightened and ptfed and will replace the whole T with an alternative shortly.

can't decide what do to about pads, so might get a set of rear ferodo 2500 to match the fronts and try that setup for a bit.

Dont get 2500's get cl5+'s instead. I had 2500's and i think the cls are better.
