Who coded it for you? Dick Lovett at Swindon? Straightforward once you'd convinced them to give it a try?

Was sort of offered a drive too, but given the weather, declined. :beat:

agreed, needs a new one :P

new oil filler caps are a dull yellow, well certainly not the same bright yellow as the new coolant caps thumbsdown

just a word of warning, on Mikes car we had a leak here..

we had to wrap it in PTFE tape to stop the leak but i wouldn't use that as a permanent solution.

It looked like the component was too long and it wasn't tightening up on the thread but bottoming out on the fuel rail.

Thanks Chris, knew about that, so had a good look around there. No leaks :) I think you have to be quite gentile with that connection, as it doesn't have a fibre washer in it.

Mikes didnt start leaking straight away it was a good month or so after they were fitted. just something to watch for, possibly get some mm's taken of it then stick a fibre washer in it.

Started collecting the parts to get back to the tank.

I've never changed my fuel filter which is 9 years old and 40k miles. This has the -6 connectors on it. thumbsup

JG I was just thinking about the 4 channel abs you fitted, how did it hold up on the track at the national?
