It's the fact he parked in a shopping centre car park through choice that surprised me most!
I'm actually amazed i got into it, have you seen the raised obstacles to get into the John Lewis carpark?

Oh wow, I didn't realise you'd found some 308 rotors at a decent price (I'm assuming you paid the £245 it says on their site?)
This post makes me happy, I want some new rotors for my AP kit

yep You have to thank Tom (Mr Fez). He found them.
You'll need a 190 PCD with your AP Bells (rather than the 177 i ordered to go with the Plans Motorsport Bells i have)
This is quite a good chart:

When the ECU comes back it will have parcel tape over the plug pins
ok...

Oh and i also got a new set of AP bolts, nuts and washers (don't go with any alternatives) for £16 a set. Also supplied by Reyland.

According to the original AP specs, their discs are 26mm new and replaced at 24mm. These are only 25mm when new, so I'm hoping they're able to widthstand the applied forces when they get down to 23mm

Is this with a 4 Pot setup or will it go onto the standard AP kit?

Correct, but the Astra GSi disc we all use with the 4 pot is 25mm too. So 25mm will be fine. A 1mm wear lip is actually quite a lot and you can get three sets of the reyland rotors for the price of ap ones. Sure, the iron quality may be a bit weaker but I'll never notice. At worse they will wear a little bit faster. Ray, these are indeed for the 4 pot (BBK) setup, but would also work with a 288 rotor or standard ap calipers and spacers ( you could go for 295s with smaller spacers)According to the original AP specs, their discs are 26mm new and replaced at 24mm. I've just done a wee bit of reading and it appears the Astra 1.9 CDTi (which uses the 308 discs) are rated at 25mm new and 22mm minimum. I'm pretty sure if that's the spec for a car ~500kg's heavier than ours, then we shouldn't have any problems with 25 -> 23. However, I'll double check with reynolds just for piece of mind.

Btw, it appears that the base disc is a Pagid disc.

Good to know, do you have a side shot of the veins?Btw, it appears that the base disc is a Pagid disc.

5.25kg for the rotor on its own.

If it makes any difference, according to the owner of performance braking in Monmouth. Pagid themselves don't make their own discs, it's just a deal done with the name.Btw, it appears that the base disc is a Pagid disc.
