Is there a downside?

Had to do it like that anyway, I've been working abroad last week and this week - only back home tomorrow night.

Wel, errrrr, not really. I suppose I could argue that people will forget about the auction and miss it (I do that a lot with eBay). Or that all the real bidding always takes place in the final few seconds anyway. But my frustration is born out of pure impatience!
