What about this. Might be easier for our European players. I've never seen one of these in the flesh in Blighty.

A company which I don't believe survived WW2 brought us this futuristic creation. Very heavily influenced by contemporary airplane design the mechanicals were nowhere near as advanced as the body.

I'm cheating here a little because this was a design study and didn't enter series production. It did, however, come very close. An unlikely named bit of Americana from an even more unlikely company.

Yep, interesting thing about these was they had a cooper s engine and front subframe fitted in the back. This meant the gearlever was in the right hand sill and the shift pattern was upside down and back to front. But quite pretty none the less.
