After spending hours getting rid of all the niggling noises I decided to fit a Badass kit from Ebay. Mine vibrates at 2krpm. I guess it must be its resonant frequency. Shamone

Mine do not vibrate - you must make sure that all things are free of the plates and they are done up tightly. The water ingress kit is still rock tight since fitting. HTH's :)

Fitted the big cover (technical eh!) tonight and it was very easy, apart from a little cross-threading on the alu spacer. Will have a closer look at the mani cover another night. thumbsup

here are a couple of useful pics that Christurbo and Rturner very kindly sent me. The big plate was easy to fit (line it up, remove the nuts, fit the spacers and the the cover) but i haven't had the guts to fit that smaller one as it looks like drilling is involved :unsure:

ooh, I've still got my big plate engine cover sat in the shed after I sold the car. Must get round to selling it.
