Did the VXR come with a special version of the exhaust spelled with only 1 L (Miltek) as there appears to be 6 people with it fitted ? :D Sorry, couldn't resist and I am bored :gayfight: :drink:

I think the list is going to totally change in the next few weeks as there are a lot for sale at the moment!!!! Did i miss something, has there been a spate of VXR's exploding into a thousand pieces.....or have people just all thought together at this time of year that they need to change to something more winter friendly!! confused Nathan.

Ehmm...may be its the cold, damp weather and those dreaded semi-slicks. Roll on summer, pepes will be glad they have such a nice car.

Talking about warranties, mine will be up in July. I was thinking of getting it a pre-mot type of inspection. That way, anthing found can be replaced under warranty, whilst its still under warranty.

Has anyone had one of these types of inspections?

Wow - didn't realise you could get a VXR in yellow.... must resist - probably better off keeping my current car (which seems to be a decent one) and upgrading it to past VXR spec though...

well I have just booked mine in for a pre-mot inspection to see if all is well. Touch wood it driving bang on, but I just want piece of mind that when it does come to its MOT in 3 months time, there are no suprises! (as they will have been repaired under the warranty!!) :D Mani

what a gorgeous day.....decided to take the old VXR for a spin in the Oxfordshire countryside. The cold air does amzing things to a turbo charged engine...wow.. :D A mixture of roads....some nice twisty ones also. The standard suspension on the VXR is just bang on for the B roads, just supple enough to absorb the bumps and inperfections, firm enough to keep the baby from rolling too much made my day... Imnotworthy Mani
