Well I would have got my passport stamp if I had remembered that you lived in that part of the woods.

Does this mean that VXR62 may be doing a "guest appearance" at the Peak District Run in Feb??

ps- to any other VXRs drivers - the VXRs are currently out numbered by the VXT/Na's on the Midland Blast - Peak District Run, so please come along, just for the support if nothing else :P

I got a call from a guy the other day saying he had bought my old VXR No 39, apparently it has been repaired.

We nearly bought it prior to repair last summer :)

It was actually financially viable to repair but I said I would not want it back, I saw the state of it and would never have been comfortable driving it again.

Thats fair enough :)
We never ended up going for it as they wanted about £1200 less than the one we bought instead (which had hardtop, 900miles on the clock and perfect in every way). thumbsup
