Bloody hell, that is budgie cheap, don't think I'll be selling mine if that is the competition. I don't want to lose £12k in 18 months...

I have got #7 on a demo from Thurlby Motors at the minute. I dont think LY73 will be on my drice for much longer. It looks pretty good out there at the minute with them both parked next to each other. They also have #1 Managed to get my first chance to drive it tonight after dark. Wheelspin in second at 60 was cool. I will give it a serious go in the morning when the road isn't as greasy

I've had LY 73 since Jan 05. I added my name to the list that was being circulated at the time I thought waiting for the road to be less greasy before I gave the VXR full beans was a good idea. Having the power to spin the wheels at 60 and the handling to cope is pretty cool.

Fair enough thumbsup Post in the LY thread thats going on the board and update it

Hell yeah, but i think you used the word 'road' when you meant 'track'. After all, spinning the wheels up at 60 in second might make us think you are getting near to the 'full beans' anyways

Having the power to spin the wheels at 60 and the handling to cope is pretty cool.

You need the handling to spin up in a straight line? Spin up mid corner and you will undoubtably connect with the nearest static object :poke:

Big G, Any details on VXR#1? Which dealer of Thurby was it (they seem to have three?). Just I can't see it on their site, and I know of someone interested in it.....? Did you have a look round it? Good condition? What made you go for #7 instead of #1? :) Sorry for the questions - PM me if you'd rather keep it off this thread :) -andy-

Hi all, Just adding my VXR to the list, bought number 001 from Thurlbys. Picked it up yesterday, wow what a car! :groupjump: have not stopped grining yet! The car was a press one but that doesn't seem to have taken its toll but have not had a chance to really try it out .The weather round here has been very iffy so i've been driving like a granny(still not a bad plan till I get used to it). I will post some more info on it when I get a chance but at the moment I am really busy just staring at it and grining :D :D :D
