lou, stir of echoes is a great kevin bacon movie - i remember him with a spoon but it aint a courtroom drama. the daddy of all courtroom dramas is twelve angry men a work of absolute genius and a must see for you youngsters :P - watch carefully and you might see that the room actually gets smaller and smaller and more claustrophobic as the movie developes.

thanks for the jeeper creepers review - almost got it, even after the disappointment of act 3 in the first one. and finding nemo - dude! indeed, dude.

i forgot to mention earlier twelve angry men is in black and white - wouldn't want you getting embarrassed when you asked for your money back at the video shop because the dvd was faulty!. kids of today  :P

The Shawshank Redemption: Wow! I convinced myself that I'd already seen this film but I hadn't. What an incredible movie! It's a proper old-fashioned storytelling picture. I loved the narative. And I had a feel good overload in the closing scenes that brought a happy tear to my eye. 10/10.

Against my better judgement I watched that film and actually enjoyed it. Not quite 10/10 but not too far off. Bob Roberts and The Hudsucker Proxy were also good Tim Robbins films. Tragically, this tempted me to go to see Nothing To Lose which was unforgivably bad.

 he he, Footloose..I remember that movie

Oh the amazing dance scene in the warehouse :D :P That Kevin Bacon knows how to bust a move

The Shawshank Redemption: Wow!

Totally agree, that movie is in my top 3 movies of all time

Most shocking scene - when gil bellows gets **** (just incase you have not watched it) Made me cry

Most emotional scene - when he's crawling through all that crap and the prison warden looks at his poster ;)

Can't really explain it fully incase you have not watched it.

A la folie pas du tout: erotomaniatastic! cheers for the recommendation Skids. Despite having a very British feel and borrowing heavily from Sliding Doors, I liked it. It was gritty, sexy, and a little bit spooky. 7/10
