As much as I enjoy reading this thread, I hate posting in it. I can never think of any clever words to use!

The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy - Entertaining.

A note on the above: I've never read any of the books, haven't seen any of the original spin-off series so I knew very little with regards what to expect. Enjoyed it to the extent that I fancy reading the books now, I'd imagine there was a lot left out.

:o You're a bit rubbish with films, aren't you? Not seeing The Usual Suspects until and month ago and now this  (classic Spacey performances in both :D )

Great film though, one of my faves, and one you can watch a few times over and notice little bits that add up more and more

Please tell me you've seen American Beauty?

Yeah I've seen American Beauty, and yeah I'm rubbish for not having seen L.A.C. or U.S. but around 96/97 I was 15/16 and too busy discovering sex, smoking and booze thumbsup Just took me a while to get round to seeing them! :D
