I never said Militek one was a better choice for a highly tuned car ;) I plan to go 60 or 63mm on mine with TB's Plus... do you know the diameter of the OEM exhaust on a Honda Civic Type R ? (200 BHP) You'll be very surprised ;)

Looking forward to the power results of this kit. I have been saving money for a performance upgrade, and a ITB kit with an plug in engine management system, is really interesting. Could you share some of the ems specifications with us? Will it handle boost? How about low impedance injectors? Is there any outputs for handling things like a waste gate? Actually a complete list with all thats included would be great. :D :D :D

Is it a webber ECU that is being used? Will each car fitted with the final kit be mapped individually or will the car be run on a base map?

Is it a webber ecu? As I know that webber is a locked system and can only be mapped by webber agents. Which makes it a bit harder for people north of the border :D

Sorry missed this. Yes its a Webber ECU but the kits are supplied with a map preinstalled. We've just finished the new 4 branch manifold for the 2.2 which is whyw'eve had no TB to show anyone, should get it all fitted next week so will be driving it about. Never a big fan of sound files as they depend more on the PC sound card rather than the real life but I think a littel appetite whetter could be done :)

Does the new manifold use the same junction point as the OEM manifold? or is it a manifold-cat section combined?

you had better get a few made :o as they will be popular  the standard cast manifold restricts the output of the z22se

Yes the standard manifold is crap but that's partly due to it having to have a close coupled Pre cat for the Euro 4 emissions warm up regs.

Although better than standard, just the improvement in surface finish over cast would make a huge difference, surly maintaining the precat flang position compromises the length of the primary runners?
