Will put up charts and piccies tomorrow, too tired tonight.

30bhp on an NA car is actually pretty phenominal and the 4 branch manifold is something else to behold. No its not cheap but then Primary Designs aren't exaclty unknown at this, their manifolds for F1 cars are over £30k each!

Interesting. The TB'd car you brought to the Chase certainly looked and sounded nice, but obviously i've no perception of the performance increase over my Stage2+. Does the conversion require a car already to be at Stage 2 level of tune to meet those figures, or will the TB kit achieve those numbers from a standard car?

I was expecting more tbh. It's not that much different from my humble stg 2 looking at those numbers.

Depends what you want from the car I guess, the TB car does feel completely different to even the stage 3 cars but agree all the power is top end, can't not be really with TB's. On track the difference is even more marked, you tend to hold a lower gear for longer and the drive is so linear and the power just seems to carry on and on, even with stage 3 cars the top end starts to feel breathless, with the TB car you change gear because of the revs not because you feel you need to. I've still more stuff to put up so I'm going to take the page down until I'm finished.

I think a 24 bhp increase in power on a standard engine is pretty damn good, can't wait to see what the difference will be on a sorted engine thumbsup

Jury's out for me pending a test drive. B) Having been very frustrated by the way power runs out in 4th at 120 mph at around 5000 rpm (in my NA), for the car to continue pulling right up to 6500 might be quite entertaining even with only +30bhp. It will be interesting to see graphs for the other two stages of TB conversion to compare with the SC graphs. But for an informed view we also need some reports on drivability. Whilst the numerical bang for buck is important it's no use having power which you can't actually put down because your wheels are spinning! chinky chinky

Might be better to put the page back but without the TB stuff! thumbsup

I think the power and feel of a ITB kit would be significantly better with a full milltek for example and off coursse maybe most important, a GOOD/BIG cold air intake and make the ECU get good use of it.

The kit comes with all new induction stuff -- you wont need your existing standard airbox or non-standard ITG etc

Looking good. thumbsup I'll be interested to see the charts and Crispy's report back. What state of tune is the demo car?

Intending to do this soon -- I'm training for a 600 mile / 6 day bike ride across the Alps in June so not much free time at the moment

Its only down as I only put the text up to get it in place and sort out pictures and dyno charts, it wasn't up for more than 5 secs before it got posted here and I wanted to conform some details with the suppliers before it went 'live'. Annoyingly the site software wont let me open the rest of the page and I've not had time to get to a PC at work today to finish it off, update the details. We've got PV show this weekend, I'm 2 staff down in the office so I'm a little stretched, I need to release Bluefin for the VXR and the Europa this week as well as the TB information so even working 18 hours a day isn't quite enough at the moment.
