Will you need a different exhaust manifold?Awaiting replacement exhaust manifolds.

An AMD stage 2 only gave me 153 bhp @ 5752 rpm so it sounds quite good to me.160bhp @ 4200 would be a rather disappointing figure

Euhr.. That's 267Nm?? As in 197 lbft? That sound like quite a lot!!Awaiting replacement exhaust manifolds.

So a different manifold? Are you going the 4-1/4-2-1 way???

I'm thinking the same, as the stock injectors have 2 jets and each jet injects fuel into a valve, so this has to be the best methodHey John i had a stupid question

Why didn't you stay with the stock location of the injectors (inhead here) ?
I think it might only be a TB's availability issue (only ones with injectors holes), but not sure
that's why I posted the Lotus TB's up, they are better suited to the z22se

That's why i love those numbers, as it seems it really focuses on huge low/mid end torque rather than getting high horse power at (too) high 'new limiter' rpm (and thus stressing our poor high stroke engine too much)Euhr.. That's 267Nm?? As in 197 lbft? That sound like quite a lot!!
And if it's really done in that way, i must say... thorney, that's a f*cking good job

Indeed sounds like a very nice drivability setup. It now only depends on how long the torque can be kept. The higher the torque at high rpm the lower the rev limiter can be. If he can keep 260Nm@6500rpm you're allready at 240bhp, a bit higher at 250Nm@6800 rpm and you would still have 240bhp and even higher with 240Nm@7000rpm you'd also have 240bhp.That's why i love those numbers, as it seems it really focuses on huge low/mid end torque rather than getting high horse power at (too) high 'new limiter' rpm (and thus stressing our poor high stroke engine too much)Euhr.. Still that's only horsepower. For driving on the public road the midrange torque value is much more important..
