No police trouble whatsoever. The met were aware of the event because one of the Pistonheads members is a cop and he talked to his boss about it. There were about 6 or 8 officers at the start who seemed more interested in chatting and looking round the cars than booking people for illegal numberplates etc. but after that we could have only seen the regular patrols - no more than you'd expect to see on any other Saturday night. To be honest, apart from the end when we were all parked up at the dome, everone was so well behaved I can't believe the cops would have much to be upset about.

The police seemed fine with it all, they were more interested in the cars. Such a good night!

Nice to meet you ben, great run wasn't it Some enthusiastic driving but I didn't see anything dangerous apart from maybe at the Dome, the Police were superb. A couple of people got tugged and let on their way with no problems. A couple others got tugged by a really moody plod but no other issues.

Just had another look at pics Snoop. Fecking awesome mate. Really are some magazine quality ones there - particularly the F430s on the bridge and the Prowler. Edit: any chance of some full size versions?

Nice to meet you too! All seems a bit surreal now, knowing it was 3am at the time! I'm glad I had that little nap yesterday afternoon!

I t was really nice to meet TurboTomato, BenW and M3_BFG (?!) so I know at least they are realy people and not some computer simulation somewhere! I left after 20 minutes of the Dome meet as I wanted to get back to Brighton.....was waiting for people to start playing (was perfectly set up with a slippery mini-roundabout centre stage) but nothing really happened while I was there......did it get a bit more lary later on?! will post my pictures if i can get XP to recognise it!!

Hey John, It took me a couple of seconds when we met for me to put name to face (You probably noticed!). Now I realise there was no excuse for it because there's such a perfect likeness of you in your avatar! Nice to see you mate. I'll keep an eye out for you next time I'm in sunny Brighton! Thanks mate, my first night-time shoot with my new camera, so I was very pleased with how some of them turned out - although I'm still very much the limiting factor, the camera has much much more to give in the right hands!

My personal favourite is the Ford GT shot on the bridge - mainly because I somehow managed to get a shot with quite a few people in, none of whom are looking at it - it almost looks forlorn! (Even more amazing given the fact that it had a huge crowd around it the instant it stopped anywhere!)

Full res shots can be downloaded below and used as you like - bear in mind that they're straight off-camera, so no cropping as shown in the images here, and some may need to be rotated slightly (I really need to look at the spirit levels on my tripod!)
