Here is my new home made exhaust line, full stainless steel, diameter 70 allowing tuning engines up to 340 BHP, very light (14,6 kg compared to the 21,5 kg original), and track friendly noise below 95 dB. It is a major upgrade compared to the very tiny original diameter 53mm-60mm. NOW the engine is sporty

Well, it looks outside like original, make no noise, and the main aim was EFFICIENCY. Believe me, it's wonderfull :groupjump: Huge increase in term of torque AND power at high gas flow.

I love those ATS wheels... been put off by people suggesting they might buckle on british roads - how do you find them and what tyres are you using? I've got ATS wheels on my manta A but, not quite as sexy lol Guy

Hi rapidos. I'm also intrested in weightsavings but only at the back of the car. While ideally their should be less weight on the rear of the car for better balance it seems most weightsavings seem to be found at the front of the car. Any unexpensive ideas for the back of the car??

You can do : the balancing shaft removal (-4.76kg) , the driving wheel (-4.4kg) , the exhaust line (-7kg), the carbon rear bonnet, and a lot more... http://www.rugissante.com/7.html

My car will reach 809 kg without fuel beginning of may. I will post pictures and details ;)

Cheers.

As I could not determine which resin was used to build the carbon leave, I had to build my owns with Epoxy resin, to avoid any fire problem, specialy for the rear one (coming soon...)
