This thread is pretty old now and I don't think copies are getting passed on. I've just ordered the DVD version from Ebay and should have it in a couple of days.
If you really do need a copy PM me with your details and I'll send them out as soon as I can.
I'll update this post with member names that I've posted to so you know if you've got a copy heading your way

The site may be in German, but the manuals are definately in English

The site is not in German, cause I do only understand the english parts of it.
I live in Germany and I´m not good in understanding dutch.
Only the first link on that site is in dutch, the rest is in english.
