Spotted a Lightning Yellow LE VX220 in the services on the M4 with Welsh dragon plates. Was looking over her, explaining to my brother what was different about her, when the owner returned. He said she was Lightning Yellow number 53.
I gave him the website URL and he seemed pretty interested. Might see him on here soon if he isn't already.
