is there anywhere else u can mount the ballasts without removing the wheel arch?
Possibly, but there is nowhere obvious that I can see, that is definitely the easiest and probably safest option. The kit comes with an extension bracket so that might give you other options. It's the logical place to put them though.
I'm hoping to get them sent out in the next couple of days (with some self tapping screws I have bought) but I'm pretty busy with lawschool at the moment so may rope my family into doing it.

are the h1 1 piece and the h7 2 piece?
They are exactly the same, the only difference is the bulb.

found an importer who can deliver me the exact same sets for 140.00 so i might order a few sets if anyone else is interested, il be dishing them out at 150.00 inc postage..

I used nuts and bolts and securedthe packs to the bit behind th front of the arch liner.
The n/s one didnt fire up first time everytime for the first few uses but seems fine now.
Well impressed, well made good connectors etc.

muncher i just found a dealer who will supply me those sets for even cheaper now, £129.99 inc delivery per set, if lots more are interested give me a shout and il order a batch...

I must admit I did no shopping around because I was happy to go with the company my mate dealt with before, partly because I didn't want to send off loads of cash to a company I had never dealt with before.
