Possibly, but there is nowhere obvious that I can see, that is definitely the easiest and probably safest option. The kit comes with an extension bracket so that might give you other options. It's the logical place to put them though.

I'm hoping to get them sent out in the next couple of days (with some self tapping screws I have bought) but I'm pretty busy with lawschool at the moment so may rope my family into doing it.

Cheers richy, did you put a reference on the transfer?

Guys, my Mum has been given a list of instructions, addresses, the screws and boxes and may send them off tomorrow, failing that, Thursday so you will have them by Friday :) That leaves 3 of them going spare.

They are exactly the same, the only difference is the bulb.

Anyone want an H7 kit for the mains? I bought them for my Audi (which is H7 on dipped), but as I'm not likely to keep the car much longer, I think I'll just save the cash and leave it with halogens. Already have HIDs on the VX, so no use to me! So if anyone wants mine, drop me a PM and I'll send them on for the same amount I paid (but without the wait :)) -andy-

All of them posted this evening. I think they said monday delivery. The post office were not especially happy with me rocking up with all those boxes :P I don't have any left now, unless my mate has a couple of spares.

I've just had word from my mate, he has 3H1 and 4H7 spare, once they're gone it would be a question of ordering a bulk batch from Hong Kong again.

I used nuts and bolts and securedthe packs to the bit behind th front of the arch liner.

The n/s one didnt fire up first time everytime for the first few uses but seems fine now.

Well impressed, well made good connectors etc.

Blimey, good work!

I must admit I did no shopping around because I was happy to go with the company my mate dealt with before, partly because I didn't want to send off loads of cash to a company I had never dealt with before.
