A 'Duncan', a fluid unit of time, usually understood to be a fortnight (two weeks) but is in practice anytime up to and including 6 months plus.
As in - "Hi mate, where's the VX? Ah, it's having some work done, it will be finished in a duncan. Cool can't wait to see it"

Vx babe magnet mirage taboo - the unspoken realisation of all new owners as our illusion is shattered, when we find out the reality is that 'chicks don't dig this car'. All hope of having Tom Selleck style magnetism disappears along with the bum fluff excuse for a moustache we have been trying to grow in homage of him.
