you can adjust the shocks about 5mm. the collet at the top of the spring has three grooves very close together it can slide on when the spring is removed, but like i said will only adjust about 5mm on the standard ahocks anyway....

Thorney should have lowering springs available in 4 weeks. Could just wait for that, I'm sure there will be no problems with springs dropping out then?....fitting a 9" ERS coil with similar rate would achieve approximately 25mm lowering....but then of course you have to consider whether the spring will sit correctly and not dislocate on full damper extension.

Hey mate, I ended up fitting OE shocks with Eibach pro springs in the end...the Exige stuff was a little too firm for the rough roads where I am.

I had a trip to the uk this summer in my Speedster. I can tell we have smoother roads in Norway
The Exige spring rates are not as firm as Nitrons:
Exige: 261 / 358 lbs/inch
Nitrons: 375 /450
std na: 234 / 268
vxr: 300 /340
Today I have payed a deposit to Courtenay for the SC stg 2. Goes on in february
