That happened when adjusting the door on my mates car. Magnetic pick up tool to remove and triple jointed arms help with the rest.

Depending on which (1) a magnetic pickup tool may not be long enough... use a magnetic tool tray (pick them up for £2) with a big rubber base, drag the rubber base along the the bottom of the GRP door, dragging the metal part with it.
