That happened when adjusting the door on my mates car. Magnetic pick up tool to remove and triple jointed arms help with the rest.Help! No1 has fallen into the door. Any suggestions?

Depending on which (1) a magnetic pickup tool may not be long enough... use a magnetic tool tray (pick them up for £2) with a big rubber base, drag the rubber base along the the bottom of the GRP door, dragging the metal part with it.
