They would not stand a chance. A race car is a race car. A VXR or a Lambo or a Noble is for shopping groceries.

Yeah I know, but it would put a big smile on my face :D

That thing will be a rocket!

Busy time of the year for racing so most tracks at weekends would be busy but weekday trackdays would be fine. I'm thinking there is a VXR track day planned for around that time so we could make a useful little plan there. Looks interesting.

Its quite a treck, but not as far as most of the others. I'd guess at about 150 miles. Its in the East near a place Called Louth, just below Grimbsy. Is there not a boat to Kingston Upon Hull, which I think is a large port and only about 40 miles away

Hi Anders. It is approximately 3 hours or 150 miles from Newcastle. It is 30 miles south og Grimsby/Hull... not sure if the ferries go to Norway & Sweden though. PS Sorry, did not type fast enough :)

Now, I want one of those! Are they easy to interface to the existing ECU tacho/speedo (I guess you don't need that bit)/temp/fuel signals?

this dash fully interfaces with my MBE-system (and others) and shows whatever i want on display (programmable). it log the gforces for up to 2h racing and can draw a speedline after that and compare each lap to another. will take a while to learn i guess  it´s a kart-steeringwheel and it´s 300mm. //anders

that is mega cool man. i was looking at the stack stuff and predictive lap timing / software for comparing laps etc and the only thing putting me off (apart from the price :o ) was that you need an infra red beacon on track side to get all the functionality - do you need one with this gizmo?
