i´m back :D sorry about the poor updating the last couple of weeks. pics to come after the weekend. today we fired up the engine with my MBE941 and started to do some basic mapping. what a sound :groupjump: from the intake and exhaust :D :D and what respons with the new flywheel. if the rr is free tomorrow, we are going to do the final mapping and get some powerfigures. now i´m going to get a good night sleep after done over 100h on the car for the last 7 days //anders

here is some pics from the first day in the sun and we did some slow driving in the area. the rr didn´t go as planned(overbooked) and our rototest-rr was broken by some stupid students :D last week. but me and stefan managed to drive the car about 20 laps each round our premesis.

the splitter isn´t as low as it looks :D the frontwheels is in a little hollow.
80-90mm clearence under the splitter in rideheight.

btw does someone know if there is a faster steeringrack to get that fits right on? the steering is so light that i can drive it with only 2 fingers on the wheel :D that probably indicates the weight, doesn´t it :rolleyes:

Anders, Eliseparts sell a quick rack kit. Have you checked the suspension settings yet? If the castor has changed, that may make the steering feel lighter. Of course, with all the weight you've removed, it may just feel light irrespective of suspension settings. As you say, a quicker rack should add some weight at lower speeds.

That is Fantastic. :D In the Gulf colours it will look stunning. Imnotworthy Any comments on the weight yet - apart from just much lighter? Keep up the hard work.
