Lol....that'll look like its on a rollersThe new thing is that our raceclass has got unlimited wheelwidth.
I ordered 8 new 8x17" Superleggera and a set with 2 x 8x18 and 2 x 9x18".
Tiresize will be altered depending on track, but 215/45-17 and 255/40-17 or
225/40-18 and 265/35-18 is two options.

It was probably a faulty hydralic tappet that didn´t build up the pressure. What killed it? It sounded like you had a really good setup - saab strong internals etc...
So when we hit 6000rpm on the rr, the rollerrocker left the building through the back of the cylinderhead.
Really not that big damages, but it was the the drop so to speak.
I welded the hole in the head last week and the rebuilding started

hope to get on the rr in january.

Sorry to hear that, scary stuff!!2 hydraulic tappets broke, but no damage to the head this time.

Good the head is OK. tho

Is it with standard valve springs? Which rpm?

Ferrea springs and the damage was probably done on idle when we started the first time.
We didn´t even notice that they were gone, But the engine wasn´t putting out any power at all and we did pulls up to 8000rpm

We saw the rockers laying by the valves when we were going to change the camtiming to see if it helped
