not going to trawl the whole threads seems a lot of posting of the same comments, but short question

Does this add anything to the aero performance or downforce on the car?

The long version should aid the car a bit, but to get the most out of it the car should probably be lowered as much as possible as well.... the further out it goes the better (to a certain point ofc :P )

The short version probably has very very little effect over the standard one on other things than looks :)

The short TAT version reinforce the effect of the OEM difusor due to wings at the center but due to longer wings at the borders and slighty taller + a perfect flush effect (no hole at the center or no forme changing) and longer than diffusor OEM effect even if no overpass the rear clam.

And for the look, it's abslotly sporty and closed to Lo....

Indeed it will have a little better airflow than OEM but I doubt the effect can be felt. There are some who has only mounted CF fins (centred) under the car.

It does look alot better than the OEM imo but personally I prefer a longer more angular diffuser for more effect and meaner looks B)

Woo-hoo, all fitted :jump:

Took about 1 1/2 hours, tho would have been quicker if I'd had a second pair of hands.
It took 7 days to arrive, but has been well looked after - no scrapes or marks on the packaging.
No rattles or anything (even over a cattle grid :) )
I've attached a few piccies but they haven't come out very well - prob should have used the flash :beat:

I suppose I should divulge a few fitting tips aswell :P Once the undertray is off (I only removed the small rear one) and the clips have been transferred from old to new diffuser, Push the first two small brackets into place first, central to each outer clam hole (you'll know what I mean when you see it). Now push the large bracket into place - you may need to move the lamda sensor wire out of the way on a standard exhaust  Fit the two large bolts in the bottom, with two of the large washers, on the inside so that they mate against the existing fixing points - this is due to the new diffuser being flat and not having the recessed holes like the original (making sure the lip of the new diffuser is resting on top of the existing mid one, and not under it), only do them up a couple of turns. Then fit the two (new) bolts at the very rear, that pass through the holes in the clam - you should still be able to reach the brackets to move them into the correct position, again leave them very loose - but make sure the thread has made else you will need to take it all apart again later :o Then fit the five bolts into the new braket that slides between the clam and the exhaust heat shield. Even with the two rear bolts in place you can still get to this by reaching through the gap behind the wheel. Then fit the bolts back to the existing mid diffuser. Tighten everything up - making sure it's central Enjoy!!! :)

If you can get the diffuser & your car to ours (near Coalville, Leicestershire) we'll happily help you. :)

I may be able to manage a saturday morning, you're not too far from me.
You wouldn't get it in the VX - in fact the box only just fit in my Astra with the seats folded down!

I'll try and get a piccy from a greater distance :)
