the above prices are for the na, think they would be the same for vxt although youd have to let them know that is what you want. i don't know what risks youd have with the de-cat, i'm under the impression they aren't legal though lol

The power gains are not as great as the are with the Miltek (only to be expected, as they have taken years to hone this exhaust) but the sound of the Larini is just something else, will post something on you tube as soon as I get time (probably next weekend now).

I thought the Miltek gave 12-18bhp?

29bhp :tt:

Someone needs to sort another group buy out if the interest is there with these. I would give the same price as the previous group buyers and have a n/a back box.

Why am I cursed ? Have been let down again by another garage that said the could fit my exhaust and then said they could not get VX up on 2 rod lift! Even when I said this was the problem at last place. Have now booked into TMS and will do the 4 yr service as a double whammy. Time to sell a child I think

Thats frightening vince! Strange that one sees such an increase while another sees a drop!!!

My right foot says mines on the increase - (due at the rollers soon)

Finally got this thing fitted. Took an age and while not difficult, proved to be really fiddly. Nuts and bolts in hard-to-reach places etc... As a side note, has anyone else noticed the tailpipes aren't perfectly one above the other? It's not massively out but we couldn't think how to adjust it during the fitting - left to right and height would be easy to adjust but I wonder if there's a slight manufacturing error in them... The sound though, is amazing - I do notice a drone at constant motorway speed but the noise during acceleration and deceleration is first class. :) :) :)

The way to adjust it is to get the exhaust really hot (take it for a good run) and then stick something up the pipe you want to bend (I used a big torque wrench but I guess a brrom handle would do) and bend it. Quicksilver told me how to do this when I had a problem with the pipes they made for my Clio V6. You have to push them a lot further than you think you need to as they move on the mountings a bit making you think you have bent them when you haven't.

Told Larini about the issue and they asked me to send the exit pipe section back to them to check, rework/replace. They had it Monday so I hope it won't be too long. I just didn't fancy putting pressure on the welds by bending them myself - if they split, it would be my problem to solve. :tt: :o  :9mm:

I'll keep you posted.

Just had it put on.(Back box) Stupid grin still on face . Dont bother with radio as like to hear the growl. Had a Miltek downpipe aswell, seems to have sharpened throttle response and have lost some of the 3-4K flat spot. Like having a new car again thumbsup
