Hurrah I thought when I got home from work. One large box sitting in the hallway containing a backbox for my VXT. I procede to upon the box up just to check everything is there and in good working order. I look at the receipt and it says "VX220 Turbo Larini Sports Rear Silencer", so good so far. I then work my way through the hundreds of layers of newspaper and bubble wrap to find my silencer and tail pipe. However not is all as peachy as it first appears. There were stickers on both parts on the bubble wrap saying "LARVX220-NA Vauxhall VX 220 Rear T/P" and "LARVX220-NA Vauxhall VX 220 Rear Silencer". Am I'm simply deluding myself that they have stuck NA stickers on Turbo parts or am I looking at sending them back. I enclose pictures below of the exhaust and the one from the Larini website. Any help would be much appreciated before I phone Dave at Larini tomorrow. looks like a vxt backbox to me (comparing to the milltec vxt/na backbox pics

Surely the back boxes are the same for NA or VXT? It is the noise making unit afterall. Having read literature from Larini on their site the write up is identical for NA or VXT which makes me think they are the same part. What do I know? Contact larini?

Contacted Larini today and I have got the correct backbox. :D Apparently the guys in the warehouse have only produced one set of stickers which say NA on them. :beat: Got my car booked in on the 8th of March for it's first MOT and to fit the exhaust. Roll on Thursday.

This has been a very expensive month :D I get married in not too long and just spent some of the honeymoon fund on a full exhaust for the vx - i can justify this by taking the vx on honeymoon with us!! :groupjump:

There's a link near the start of this thread, or if you go to youTube and type "vx220 exhaust" there's a good clip of a silver turbo.

I spoke to Dave last week, and he said as I was quite an early order, I should expect mine not this week, but the week after. I think I was 5th on the list :)

If I were you I'd just phone Larini and ask for Dave - then ask him whether you can still have the discount!(you'll need the password which I can PM you if you don't have it)

I'll have mine fitted on Friday, along with a TMS S1, so can do a vid next weekend if you like! (mine's a VXT tho)
