I would have thought that if they were going to let go mine would have gone before now bearing in mind the amount of track work it's been through since the conversion.

Hi Paul! Running since Sep 24 2005 I believe thumbsup Can you remind us of the power figures :)

That said, Jon indicates above they had to lower compression to get into the higher HP's. That said the bloke I'm buying the kit off indicated he had stage 2 245+HP running on a standard setup.....

The key to this is ignition timing - i don't think the courtney kit has the ability to adjust the ignition timing so they have to lower the static compression ratio. The GM kit comes with a reflash to the stock ECU which would retard the timing a bit on boost, and you can do the same with your mappable ECU thumbsup

No, i never actually got the supercharger installed :( I needed to buy a house (suddendly  ) so had to sell the car, but i did a lot of research around the subject...

Might be paulcp who went from the regal back to standard manifold... :)

Yup, they are at the top end of the manifold... span the full width and lenght.

Awsome, it is the full fat version then. Just need to connect few pipes, a radiator and a pump and you've got yourself a charge cooler! :)

Cool and very complete kit, much better for us (ie standalone ECU users) than the official kit :D

It is not yet running but target is mid-July :) (i have many trackdays in May/June so have to wait a bit). I will be running a Skynam Sybele Challenger 4+, it is very popular in France, but there is no information available for it in english... To sum up it is a ~1000€ standalone that handles DBW ;)

That sounds pretty cool alanoo, and DBW too! What the unit configuration like? Is it software based?

fcuk me that's good, pretty much the perfect spec for FI

I suspect the limiting factor is going to be the efficiency of the of the roots supercharger but still good for 350+ bhp, what's the target?
