Well I was thinking of staying the night before (probably cash in some Marriott points in Bristol or Swindon), but maybe I'll break up the journey by driving down early Saturday and staying Saturday evening if people are planning a few beers in the area afterwards
Also, is anyone going to be taking a spectator / other half, as I'm wondering whether if I bring mine she'll be bored rigid? What are the facilities like there (i.e. will she be standing in a wind swept field all day, because if so, I'll never hear the end of it, but if there's a bar / lounge or something I may get away with it!).

One of the best ways in learning is sometimes to see others drivering, im sure it you ask about, most people will be willing to give you a lift so to speak..
I've booked a training slot, as I thought it seemed like good value - can't wait now, not long to go - let's just hope the weather improves!
