I agree with what justin is saying though as larini are aware of a potential future group buy very soon after this one. So surely you would do your upmost to impress so that it goes ahead and maintain a good buyer and seller relationship. As a group we have strong buying power and should be treated as a good paying customer who returns time and time again. Larini as most of us have seen/heard produce fine exhausts but they are lacking in customer service and time management skills by the looks of things so far.

well for all i know, if all goes well i might have an exige in a couple of years, and no doubt will look for an exhaust.. so i dare say larini would have been a main option

What gets my back up is when they tell someone one thing that there just getting polished up and then someone else something completely different!Think if companies didnt bullshit so much and just said how it is we wouldnt get so mad!I ordered a pipercross panel filter off a company a couple of weeks ago with an expected delivery date of one week.Low and behold im still waiting so phoned them up today for them to tell me pipercross will be sending the part to them today which they will receice tomorrow and i'll receive in the next week!Where is the communication?I shouldnt be ringing them if there is a delay!They should be ringing me!Whats wrong with these companies?!There all the f*****g same!Sorry for the but needed to get that off my chest! So whats the next best exhaust if this goes tits up?!

I'm sorry to hear you've all been having trouble.. I've been 'considering my options for a while', and I think you've made my mind up for me! So if it helps, you can tell Larini that your bad experiences have cost them my business. Good luck to those of you still waiting. Antony

Point him in the direction of the forum so he is aware of how unhappy people are. Also make him aware of the future relationship between the forum and them is in trouble. Also that people have already voiced concerns as to the possible next group buy. I mean they will have had from us so far:- 15 systems in the first group buy back in feb. and a further 8 systems this time, with the potential for a further 5 systems in july! Its not like we havent got the buying power of any other large online retailer if not larger as we are the customer!

Guys, take a look at there address. You Clio boys might notice something... they are on the same trading estate as Tiger Exhausts (who make K-tec Racing exhausts). I liked my Clio's exhaust, but i have a feeling the two companies are related and so even though the name 'Larini' sounds exotic, they are just another company on a trading estate and therefore i'm afraid the customer service is no better.

Damn I was getting worried as Im currently in Ibiza as I type and Ive had no word from home that my backbox has arrived, seems we are all in the same boat, Im gona stop worrying and have a beer by the pool and sort it out next week when I get home if its still not there. Thats if I manage to get home,saw on Sky news that a suspect package was blown up at Ibiza airport yesterday and we are about 5 mins away. anyways will check in a few days if anyone has had their exhausts, internet is a bit hard to find round here or could be Im just lazy and drunk. I purchased a Backbox from Larini the first time this Group buy offer came up. I've found them to be excellent to deal with a frankly very patient with me. My tail pipe section is out of line (and to cut a long story short) I've been invited to Devon for them to fix the alignment for me - this is particularly good given it's likely I've not fitted it perfectly in the first place. I'm really happy to do this as it means I get a couple of days holiday in the VX. I had to wait a few weeks for mine to turn up after I paid for it which I was happy to do - they had 15 orders for an exhaust which they won't be keeping on the shelf so will have had to make them specially. All in, I think you should be patient and don't dismiss them totally. They're not a multi-national conglomerate with call-centres around the globe so not getting an immediate response can be explained (if not welcomed). Good luck - I'm sure you'll love the end result.
