Ouch. Just shows someone's always watching on the internet I must admit I feel a little uneasy about the whole idea that someone looking for a quick story will shop you just for a messageboard post. I'd be interested to see what happens to him. Sure, its stupid to do the speed, and even more stupid to post it, but at the end of the day it was on a clear road and no-one got hurt. Probably because its been published he'll get the book thrown at him. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a worse punishment than if he'd gone out and beat the living daylights out of someone I'd love to know if the same amount of police time is being put into finding TMS's stolen VX220 - somehow I doubt it.

Antgtv you sir are quite simply a fookin idiot. Speed kills, there is a time and a place and it certainly is not double the speed limit on a public highway. End of. The sun sucks for trying to stitch him up however and as for the comments by the "patrol man" I seem to recall some police officer blasting through a town at 70mph and testing his new patrol vehicle (vectra if i remember right) on the motorway in excess of 140mph last year, and what did he get???? probably a bloody promotion knowing the hipocrits the police are. End of .

Well done Lad! It's about time all UK motorways where given autobahn regulations not just the M20 You probably only did it for a few seconds when the road was clear, who cares My advice is step over to pepipoo.com and join badboyz&girlz forum to read up on some legal advice just dont tell them what speed you where going!
