AntGV's appearance in the Sun couldnt have come at a beter time really, there will no doubt be more people than ever reading this thread. I dunno about you but im totally gutted, i take everything about our lil plastic cars personally. I call shotgun on forming a lynch mob! Dont give up on the racing, just try and remember why u started it in the first place, things have a way of working out for the best somehow.

It could hardly be raced, could it???

I'm sure that's what the owner thinks too!

I doubt it will turn up in one peice, unfortunatly these things are pinched for spares.

No news. We ran the sister car at DTM this weekend which showed how quick these cars can be (even with an average driver) so its all the more painfull to have one disappear now. Seeing insurance company now.

Stolen from back of a race truck. :(

Can everyone keep an eye on ebay for anything, clearly there is a limited market for this and its pretty much.

Does anyone know who this nesler289 is on ebay he has alot of vx parts for sale and has head lights and rear lights for sale at the moment just a hunch might be a genuine guy with a breakers yard?

you cant just start pointing fingers at people so soon just cos they have lots of vx stuff for sale, its very sad when this happens to anyone but if its not been thrashed and sunk in a lake somewhere, someone will have it striped in a matter of days and probably used every part they needed to fix a car that was close to written off or badly damaged to sell on, the rest will probably be crushed into fragments, this is the shite world we live in today.

I didn't point the finger i just enquired if anyone knew who he was! and they did so thats the end of it. If you don't ask you won't find out, and if you bothered to finish reading my post before jumping in feet first i said at the end HE COULD BE A GENUINE GUY! thanks for the useless post! poof

I've bought from nesler from ebay. He was very prompt in delivery and very good communication and was helpful., When there was a problem with one part he was prepared to take it back. He is certainly a genuine seller who you can communicate with.

They quizzed TangoAlpha at Dover as it seems they are doing their job and quizzing all red VX owners leaving through sea ports! thumbsup

a red vx220 with race stickers was spotted by my mate driving south on the A5 through Milton Keynes at the weekend, I assume it was the sister car as it was heading towards TMS. if it wasn't the legit vx220 then at least it's still in one piece

Lucky Bastard!! would give my left one to get my car to this kind of level of tuning! (and to be a good enough driver to take advantage of it!)

bought some stuff from him before, a headlight and a side vent mesh, both were brand new and in GM packaging, so not off a stolen car

bought lots off him myself - all new bits
