As far as I'm concerned, they were just that....'rumours'
However, from what I heard JT has been kept in the loop, and thats why I'm not posting them. If what I heard is true, then it's down to John to post an update....

Not much to tell. Police reckon they've caught the bloke but there is a lot more to the investigation and now two police forces are involved. Car has not been recovered. I got a few emails from people saying how a guy on PH had been selling "race parts" and those details have been sent to police who's tech crimes peeps are investigating. German police now involved too as the indication was that the car had been stripped and sent over there but in short I don't think the plice think they will recover the car now.

Very sorry to hear about the demise of the machine. I hope they can indeed make the charges stick against the perpetrator.Not much to tell. Touring Car Team Dynamics had their transporters broken into and lost £40k worth of equipment.
Seems, someone is targeting race outfits.

Mainly because it's p*ss easy i suspect, go to a trackday and you could quite easily help yourself to a nice Porsche with its keys left in or a truckload of equipment wit the doors wide open whilst the owner is in the cafe.
It's a shame John has had to be made an example of but security at tracks is far to relaxed and trustworthy. It may seem when you're at a track you're with like minded people, clearly that's not always the case!
