I've never seen a kid wandering along the fast lane or the central reservation of the M20. :poke:

I have on the M25...its my job to deal with them so lets not start that debate again :beat:

I imagine hitting a child at 50mph on the motorway would be pretty lethal. What's your point?

Um...

That the faster you're going, the less warning you have when something unexpected occurs?

If you're travelling at ~150mph, the distance at which you can see the obstacle is exactly the same distance that you can see it when travelling at 90mph. But it'll take you roughly three times more distance to stop.

You could counter that arguement by saying slamming on the anchors on a motorway is equally dangerous.

Do you not thing that the issue is perhaps a kid crossing a motorway and not just a speeding motorist...?

What does 'Member Group: Validating' mean (in his profile)?

He's probably trying to change his login name - he has done so on PH apparently.

Guys watch your replies. Your getting bitchy about something that in its own right rather is illegal. Dont trip yourselves up and make us look any worse than Ant has already done.

So how many times has anyone posted incriminating tales here? I see some rapid editing going on.

Not necessarily. I cannot remember anyone being stupid enough to post that much incriminating evidence at once.

Two wrongs don't make a right ;)

As said above, probably not the right thread for this discussion :)

SNAP, i don't speed on public roads, and also read the Sun regularly therefore if 'The Sun' would like more pictures of a VX220T, feel free to pay for some much needed upgrades. And I'm sure we could come to an arrangement with 'The Sun' vinyls or something like that, as I travel a fair distance on the motorway during rush hour every day!!! :D (can't blame me for trying!!)

If this story never got out to the sun, then we wouldnt be looking bad at all. I wonder if at any regional meets some sly people from the sun would be there!!

Haha thanks to someone a huge can of worms has been opened!

Well spotted - now 'silverlusso' on PH and here, by the look of it (although he's had to create a new account here)

its pretty common for police to traul internet forums, i know of a few cases where its happened, also has a personal case where they were invited onto the forum by a regular user. pretty dumb ass thing to do, but alot of people get lured into a false sence of securitty on a forum.. they forget its a public place
