nobody likes a grass. nobody was hurt so why grass? shame on whoever it was.

so its only an issue if somebody gets killed first? personally i think thats a tragic arguement - surely preventative action is better than reactive...

I still can't help thinking the sun article puts us VX owners in a bad light.....that haircut....those glasses.... that unkempt beardy look...... I will have to sell up :D Have you seen the "readers comments" on sun.co.uk? One reader says "doubt there's enough proof! Good effort though, although i'd drive that fast if I had one of them cos they look ming!!!!!" :P What is it they say about sun readers......??

I think that is subjective and depends on the circumstances and offences disclosed.

Doing 150mph on a motorway is wrong, but not to the extent of grassing people up to the press the police and getting on their white chargers of purity and justice. EVERYONE speeds or has done it is difficult to argue what is better or worse, in any given circumstance.

Owning a road registered sports car means at some point the law will be broken or infringed by fact or opinion of various people. It really bugs me when we have police officers and the press coming out with their pious advice, they speed and infringe the law just like us mere mortals. I again have first hand experience of this.

If you speed so be it if you get caught that is the price you pay. I was not aware we lived in Nazi Germany or Mr Hussein's regime just yet, despite the activities of the Labour government, the police and ACPO etc etc. Scary stuff IMO.

True, it is subjective. If he had lost control and killed one of your relatives in the resulting crash, then no doubt you'd be asking for his eyes to be plucked out with a skewer.

No-one likes a grass... but to say 'no harm done' is a ridiculous thing to say in any circumstances IMO

SNAP, i don't speed on public roads, and also read the Sun regularly therefore if 'The Sun' would like more pictures of a VX220T, feel free to pay for some much needed upgrades. And I'm sure we could come to an arrangement with 'The Sun' vinyls or something like that, as I travel a fair distance on the motorway during rush hour every day!!! :D (can't blame me for trying!!)

Just wanted to confirm i am not actually a reader of the Sun!!! Just thought it would be worth a punt!!!

Tashy: Why not put them in the Game Girlfriend thread then they'll be able to get them easier plus we can all then say 'We've seen your mum titties!!' and the other usual 'had your mum' jokes. :P

You can say 'what if' about anything - it was an empty road ffs :beat:

I have two points to make,
1, Antgtv is clearly a c0ck and deserves all he gets, 150mph on public roads is ludicrous in any circumstance, all it takes is for another car to join the motorway at speed and not see him because of his speed or mis-assess his speed (how many of us could tell that a car was approaching that fast) and it would all be over. If you wanna drive at those speeds, go on a track day where your only likely to do yourself harm.

2, ffs, stop backing this tw@t up, it's making us look like a bunch of idiots who think it's cool to travel at those speeds on public roads. We all know that there are individuals on here, but "Joe Public" right now is seeing us as a collective group and the impression they have will be of the collective group. Lets try to make sure we give them the right impression, shall we?

your all cocks and a bunch of idiots for perfoming mods on your car in the first place, its a bit obvious that u wanna just go fast and look good in doin so? pmsl
