Big online VX fest soon?

Go through the circuits one at a time and see where you're losing the most time. There seem to be a few areas where you could make up time - on New York for instance you're a good 3.5 seconds off the pace, and there really isn't that much to that track.

11 seconds off on Suzuka too, which isn't that hard to get a decent time on - just need to put in a few laps learning the track and then do a clean lap.

Have you tried following some ghosts or watching some replays - I think it's relatively easy to download my (or any of yours friends') ghosts or replays in game.

New York is a bit of a bitch, but not really that much to get right - just need to make sure you enter the corners slowly, exit quickly, to maximise your speed on the straights. Enter too quick and you need to be off the power till the exit and then you're 10mph down all the way along the straights.

Suzuka you really should be able to get a decent lap just by driving it about 5% below your fastest - there's only (I think) 2 unsighted corners that you need to brake for before you see them on Suzuka in the car they give you, the rest it's just a case of driving what you see.

is anyone about on Forza at the moment? i want to play with some people who are not a bunch ot ass holes. Its taking ages to find a game i can get in then i go in my vx they then chose some rediculous R1 class jobby then proceed to smash you off the track because you can drive!

by 'at the moment' do you mean 'still playing' or 'playing right now'

Iv picked this up again recently and loving it - although I have to sleep now cos Im knackerd! (been playing football every night this week - i am fcuked!)

Knocked a couple more seconds off my overall, still not quite into the top 500 though (527 currently). Getting harder now, although there's still a few tracks where I've got a bit of a rubbish time. Would be up for a race night sometime, although I probably won't do very well - I'm more of a one lap wonder

yeah i meant actually at the moment bit of a long shot!

i would be up for a race night im not very good at the game but i think it would be fun playing with normal people as opposed to a bunch of paraplegics who seem to ram you off the track!
