The time trials are pre set cars, no modifications, no glitches.

thats the beauty of time trials, there is no user car choice.

there is one glitch the one before the ring

copperhead - king cobra i believe. there are times of .0002 seconds......

I believe the bug is that the AI doesn't relinquish control of your car as it passes the start/finish line. If the car then continues round and finishes the lap then you get a time of between 0.001 and 0.007 instead of around four minutes.

I don't think anyone has found a way of causing the glitch to happen yet. I guess there would be loads of 0.00x times if there was

Here's some people getting upset on the forza forum.. reading through it again it looks like you're right cocopops. Although I don't know what this shifting glitch is and whether it's an influence on time trials too as it's probably something that's easy to do like it was on PGR2.

I'll have a crack at the Nurburgring this weekend and see how I go.. watch this space..

Nice times, Last timem I played was Friday, and I just had a go at trying to beat a couple of your times, I don't think I managed it.

Might have a go at beating your Nurburg time tho, I'm sure I can shave a bit off that time! :-)

my aim is to be within the top 10000 on all the tracks and im not doing bad, all my second attempts have got me there so far.

just got to keep on going for it but you are moving away too!

I bet you'll smash some of my hot lap times, I have a habit of choosing more unusual cars in career mode and sometimes my times suffer because of it! If you go quicker than me on the Nurburgring I'll have another go at it.. assuming we're pretty good drivers, the set-up is probably more important now if we want to go much faster! It would be good to set up a new thread so that we can all take part in a structured time trial every 2 weeks or so, maybe some proper organisation by someone like cocopops ;)

I think I'm going to go back through the tracks, one at a time and try to improve all my times.
