Crown Courts Civil? What the hell is that about.

It should read as 'County'. A simple typo. The fact that the word 'civil' and the phrase 'balance of probabilities' clearly show that the intent was not 'Crown' ( which would of course be criminal law ).

Bugger me. Everyone else seems to have something to say, so here's my 2p StewS3 does has a point, and I agree with him, but the amount of circumstantial evidence, along with Imran's reluctance to answer a direct question, should put people off buying his car, given the amount of money involved.
