Hello from ayrshore.com and strathycruise.com!
Wasn't going to register, but having spent HOURS reading all 43(?) pages, I felt I had to.
First, Imran, what a twat. They made 65 of these cars, you had NO chance of getting away with flogging a damaged repaired one without notifiying the potential buyers of the crash.
Second, What we need to clear this up beyond all doubt is the VIN number of the car - that's all.
Third, for me, it's cleared up already. If you brought a murder, rape or robbery case before a court with this much evidence, all be it circumstantial, it'd be over. Let's review what I remember:
Imran has a brother, also called Imran.
what were you? Imran the first and Imran the second?Imran doesn't have any dealings in the car trade, but the other Imran has a bodyshop.
Imran doesn't have internet access, but uses the internet in his brother's garage
actually, I can almost believe that, as I'm sitting in my garage typing this right nowOne of the Imrans bought a load of parts, which all match up to the damage on the J9VXR car
Imran has been uncooperative in providing information, including simple to obtain details which would clear him [i]John Holmes anyone?[i]
Imran bought a part which matches the damage on J9VXR from a user on this forum
Imran boasted to a user on this forum about how he got the car cheap because of it's history
Imran doesn't answer the phone you phone him from a withheld number
If indeed the car has been repaired by his 'brother's' garage, Imran doesn't have enough faith in their handiwork to admit it.
Not mentioning something when you fix a car and sell it is one thing, flat denying it when confronted with enough evidence and getting aggressive about it is just plain stupid.
Anyway, I'm taking after Imran's business model, I'm away to fill the chapping engine in my Fiesta Si with 80/90 gear oil to shut it up then sell it, instead of spending £150 on a new engine. While I'm at it I'll fill the cracks in my recovery truck's head with chemical metal and sell that too. Or get a dodgy MOT on the XR2 with no floor, then wait 3 months till it can't be chased up and sell it.
Of course, none of them had only 65 made....
