I remember reading this post "live" as it happened not long after joining the place.It was brilliant !!! Loved the way all the other car forums gave out congratulations for the detective work done by the vx lot Pity it had no puns in it :lol:

I loved the forum names people came up with Imran-and ran and ran was my fave :lol: It was murder when this thread was live there was sooooo muh traffic!!

Did he ever get done in the end as trading standards got involved from what I remember ?

I got bored of that after 40 pages.... seriously though very frustrating the real facts weren't put out there.  There would still have been complete anonimity for the supplies of the information. thumbsdown

Sorry for the thread revival, but I stumbled across it today because it was one of the first hits on Google while looking at VXRs, so thought why not (mods please feel free to move this btw)

 

Anyway... I think Google may have it in for Imran, not only does it bring up this thread, but I think they may have have captured him on camera with the Google van... Maybe we can finally put a face to a name :
