top job...looks like a cheep mod for the brave thumbsup out of interest, did you use heat resistant primer and paint? Ive seen a few VX with the silver paint bubbling in the lights??

Very impressive, does make a suprising difference (the rears especially), but i haven't got the balls to do it myself!

Top marks for attempting that one! Just a word of caution for anyone attempting this... the black border on the lens and the paint on the body where the lens attaches will need a really good key onto the plastic, or you could end up with the same problem that plagued some "standard" lights where the lens starts to come away

i like the n/a lights too, but they didnt go with my red/black theme

I think I'll try putting the spare/broken one I have in the oven and see if it softens the adhesive enough thumbsup

No worries tho - I'm using a baking sheet - so far, 50 degress made no difference, so up to 75 :)

Has become much softer at 100 degrees - but not there yet
