I'm relatively new here, but just reading this post and the quotes from Cyberman he sounded like a lovely "dad" type character, very knowledgable and calm. It always seems to be the good ones. RIP

I remembered his posts, especially his last, and had so hoped he'd beat the disease and come back fighting fit

I didn't know the guy but its very sad to hear this.
I do remember some of his posts while I was lurking before becoming registered. I suppose some of his info helped me on the run up to buying the car.
Glad to see the wee car gave him enjoyment. Things like this can give a lift to anyone going though whatever their going through.
