masking tape from tesco - 1.70 odd for some thick 'duck' stuff.
2x rover metallic grey rattle cans from halfords - 11quid ish?
3 old newspapers
two days of labour taking your time.
job done
shoulda got some photos of the masking off really. took me ages but i ve kept the griffin surround black, and just done the V grey. and the windscreen surround
done a good job of it if i may say so myself. pretty impressed.
two days of labour mine took ten mins

considering you should leave it 20mins between coats i think not..
takes ages to mask the car up properly.
then you need to apply several thin coats, leaving around 20mins between each one, i left it overnight and did a few more coats
used a rattle can on each of the items. then leave it a few hours. then removed the masking tape.
its one of those jobs that really aren't best rushed

ye mine took a while 2 mate, yours looks very nice i dont think i have got the bottle to do my mirrors tho
