Number 0480 reporting in, Calypso Red, first in Scotland according to the dealer when I collected it in March 2001. Seen a few close relatives in the list but took me 30 minutes to read through and I am just heading out. I will study it in more detail when I have a chance.

Right, firstly my old car Lightning Yellow #24 (build number 3125) has been written off so is no longer....

My new one (not that it was me that wrote it off!) is a silver Turbo build number 6049

Looking at the numbers I am quite shocked - my Turbo must have been sitting around for ages unregistered. 6049 is quite a low build number for a Turbo, yet mine is an 04 plate Even Doogle's VXT (sister car to P11 COV's) is 63xx I think, and that is an 03 plate. I am confused

Silver with Red/Black leather, Los Angeles MP3 Player & 4 speakers, Central Locking, Red soft Top, Stainless sill plates, Mats & Passenger Footrest. Am I right? Cars don't always get registered/sold the minute they are built, I know that mine was in the showroom for a few months cos I kept looking at it
