is there much noticable difference between black saphire and solid black? are the pearlecent colours much better in any1s opinion? thanks

everyone knows that flat black is best.

AFAIK the blacks are model specific - Turbos only came in Black Sapphire (pearlescent); n/a's in gloss black. That may negate your question, if you're only considering one model?

n/a is solid black, much nicer than pearlecent imo.

On a sunny day you would for sure notice the difference, on a cloudy day you won't see any difference. But as said, unless you plan for a respray you will notice the difference in that Black Sapphire cost a lot more, and comes with a turbo charger, different set of wheels etc

thanks for replys, im going for the na ive been on the site for a while im just waiting for the right car to come up. just not sure wether I would like a black one or a europa blue. is it true that I will be paying more for a vx now as its getting warmer ive heard different stories?

Blue is best, black would be a bar steward to keep clean!

I dont think we are quite at the time of year where they start to go up in price so get in quick!

going to be a tough decision which one to have it took me long enough to decide wether to have an na or a turbo lol decisions decisions!!!

[attachment=19071:mandarin.jpg] Edit: Actually that photo sums mandarin up peculiarly well - as per Mandarin's photos in his calipers thread. A pale orange when it catches the sunlight, and a really deep intense mmmm colour in the shade...
