This game is awesome had it about a week for the 360 on the old "cough" secret pre order..... its complete now and im still loving robbing cars and beating up chumps who give me agro in the street... Tried online yesterday... wasnt impressed really but it may have been because there were loads of clowns just running round not following the purpose of the game. If it were a closed group of pals it would probably be awesome, no septics with max cheats and all glitches on.

Loving all the secret little jokes and quirks in this, found a home build delorean back to the future mock up looks like a little honda crx clone covered in tin foil. Hmm coming soon to a high street near you Couldn't drive it tho unfortunately would have tried getting it to 88mph

I think somebody should take this game off me - I left the pub just before half-time yesterday to drop the car off and get some food from home. I stuck GTA4 on "for 5 minutes" at around 7:30.... 3:30 Sunday morning I was still playing! And Im only 20% through!

To reply to my own post ( ) im quitting GTA 4 for a few days. I now have red rings around my eyes. I need to make some enquiries to find out who my old (real life) friends were..

No-one's mentioned it, but there is/was a problem on the PS3 where if you were signed into PSN (as you can set to be automatric on bootup), then the game simply wouldn't load from a save-point. This has now been fixed in the latest patch download thingy.

Last time I looked, I'd got to about 37% complete. I've done a few more missions since then though.

I don't think any of the other GTA games have kept my attention as long as this one has.

There's so many little touches that show the attention to detail that's gone into the game.

The story only counts for 60%, the rest is side stuff. I'm at 95%, just the pigeons and stunt jumps left to do!

Right............... It's a bit dark ( I can't see much ) have spent 3 hrs and have got to the part where the money lender hides in a building I can't get in to get at him Can't find options for online play ??? not loving it yet ?? any ideas how I get hold of this fella I chased in the car who is now very close to me yet not next to me

im not 100% where you are but im guessing its either up a step ladder or through a door, unlike the old ones doors that look like they are shut and cant be walked through can be walked into in this one and they might open up.... as for the darkness, i found this on the ps3 version and on the ps3's setting (in the cross bar menu) under display there is a super white option make sure this is off and it brightens up alot. If its 360 then i found it a little dark but searching your tv model number on a AV site can normaly bring up some good advice on what settings to use as my TV was dark with GTA but now its properly set up i hardly ever get a point where I cant see enough. (sometimes at night down dark alleys but thats about it. I will provide some links if you give me your tv model number.
