any particular reason for not using these - Clicky - instead?

or if getting past a diffuser is an issue, how about these - Clicky - ?

The sector111 you want is rather this one as the one you mention will interfere with the exhaust hump.

http://www.sector111...ng_tow_hook.cfm

they're expensive and by the time you pay post and customs you're looking at a £200+ tow hook ...

Also as mentioned, neither will work too well with a diffuser, they also seem to have a tendency to vibrate against the undertray etc etc. I would go with the ones mentioned above and stick one on each 8mm bolt. If you are convinced you're prone to plunging into knee-deep gravel that would make access to those locations difficult you could always make a simple steel wire loop through the two tow hooks and only duck tape the apparent end loop on when you're on track? (I just thought of this - genius!)

Sorry need help. Where exactly are these hooks fitted to ? A picture with them fitted would help. I see two alternatives either next / close to the undertray air ducs so basically in front of the wheels / close to the chassis looking in driving direction or the two bolts rather in the middle of the rear diffusor so closer to the backend of the car. Thx Oliver

The rear towing eyes are attach through the rear diffuser into the chassis, using the one of the two larger M8 fixing points, just behind the join between the middle undertray and the rear diffuser.

In this picture, the yellow circle highlights the correct bolt (you can't see the other one from this angle). I haven't got the tow eyes fitted in this picture but I'll take another picture tomorrow, if this is no good?
